ALL products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are​responsible for returning product(s) within the 30 day policy.

Open fragrance bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

There is a 15% restocking fee for scent machines. Damaged scent machines are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return payments will be issued AFTER products have been received and inspected by our customer service team.

Refunds will be issued in the form payment was received.

In the event of any missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) received, customers must report such event to us within 5 business days from when product(s) were delivered (excluding weekends and holidays). Please email us at info@tscenting.com and our customer service team will assist you.
